In September 2023, Navarro ISD convened a committee of more than 35 students, parents, community members, faculty, and staff members to develop a Collaborative Vision 5-Year Plan, which outlined the strategic goals and the key objectives for achieving them. 

Together, members of the committee created a Graduate Profile and defined the district's five fundatmental cornerstones including:

  • Academic Success/Instruction and College, Career, Military Readiness (CCMR)
  • Employment Recruitment/Retention
  • Parent and Community Engagement
  • Facilities Growth/Planning and Safety/Security
  • Technology

Navarro Graduate Profile, Navarro cultivates graduates who are: Critical Thinkers, Adaptable, Accountable, Service and Community Minded, Strong and Effective Communicators, Problem Solvers, Goal Setters, Leaders
