Heart of Gold Award

Employee Recognition

A gold heart with the words 'Heart of Gold' in purple script, and the text 'Navarro ISD - The Heart of Geronimo' below.

The purpose of the Heart of Gold program is to award and recognize employees across the district who have gone above and beyond to carry out the mission and vision of Navarro ISD. We believe that now, more than ever, it’s important that we celebrate, recognize and advocate not only for the teaching profession, but also for the work of all district employees for their performance and dedication to our Panther Family. Any Navarro ISD employee can be nominated.  Parents, district employees, administrators and community members are encouraged to submit nominations using the link below.

This program directly aligns with our Collaborative Vision Foundational Cornerstone 2 for Employee Recruitment/Retention with the object to provide innovative incentives to foster a supportive and rewarding environment for long-term staff satisfaction and commitment.
