Navarro ISD will be using Rank One Sport to help manage all UIL athletic forms. Once you have created your account you will be able to complete and submit all forms through your account. All forms will also be signed through e-signature in your account.

Instructions to Create a RankOne Account

Students wanting to participate in athletics for the 2024-2025 school year are required to submit all UIL forms before being allowed to try-out, practice, or compete in any UIL athletic sport(s). Students who will be entering into the 7th, 9th, or 11th grade for the 2024-2025 school year are also required to submit a physical along with all other required UIL forms.

You can also get the app for your phone to get updates and information much easier to navigate. Filling out the forms is easier on a computer, using the system afterward is easier on the app.
